I wish this company would shut down its operations. My order never arrived, the order status was never updated and the customer service phone number was unreachable. This is one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. If you can’t fulfill orders or provide any way for customers to get support, you shouldn’t be taking people’s money. Extremely disappointing.

Dear Domino's Pizza Team, I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent order. The tomatoes on the pizza were spoiled and had a very sour smell and taste. This affected the quality of the pizza and made it unpleasant to eat. I am disappointed with this experience and would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a suitable resolution. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

I ordered through the app and waited for more than 1 hour, but my order never arrived. The app kept showing “Your order is ready in store” for a very long time, with no update that a rider had started the delivery. I also tried calling the hotline multiple times to connect to the store, but the calls kept getting disconnected. Eventually, I had to go to the store myself to check on the order.
