Worst service ever. Ordered two lava cakes, waited for almost an hour in store and the result disappointing. Dont come to this branch
i order at counter the staff told me to download the App,after download the app they r no key in the set inside the system after the staff say the set is finish if want to order another set need to wait up to 40min++🌚🌚
ordered online on apps but forgot to sign in (my mistake) so we cannot track order. decided to call them and they confirmed no order received and even ask us to request refund. suddenly few hours later call us say we have order that haven’t been picked up??? decided to just wait for the refund since its already late at night. its been more than a month but no refund has been processed 🙂↔️
