Worst Staff Attitude Ever (at 14/07/26Night)
I waited for 2 hours + and it still shows me the order is in oven. I went to the store and asked the staff. The staff told me that the order has been cancelled due to the item sold out. The staff did call me. At first, I didn’t notice the call due to work. After I noticed the miss call, I did call back but no one picked up. In the Domino app also didn’t show up anything about the order cancelled and still showed me the order is still on its way. Very disappointed on Domino’s app and services.
Pizza preparation with bare hands. No gloves. Only found this out when came to pick up. Highly recommend to AVOID DOMINOS!
My order took longer than an hour to arrive, and the owner don't even bother to update the status, and when I tried to contact them with all their different numbers listed, all of them are unavailable, and the food arrived cold, so I assume it was prepared and stored for a long time
