I placed my Domino’s order at 11:00 AM through FoodPanda, and by 12:30 PM the app was still showing “On the way.” Only after I called the restaurant was I informed that the order had already been delivered. This delivery was handled by Domino’s own driver, not FoodPanda. However, there was no phone call, no update in the system, no completion status, and no delivery photo provided. I bought two 9” pizzas, one Super Cheese, and a Beef Pepperoni; both with New York crusts. When they came, they weren’t cut properly, and was hard as a rock and not even warm. First of all, why did the tracker say order completed when my food wasn’t even delivered? Secondly, why are both my pizzas 2 inches shorter than what it should be?
