Dear Domino’s Dataran Ara Damansara, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent order I placed through the Domino’s app on 21 March 2026 at 6:04 PM from your Dataran Ara Damansara branch. According to the app’s order tracking, my order was marked as “completed” at 6:30 PM. The branch with consistently BAD pizza. Always regret ordering from this branch. So small the size and Looks like they count the exact number of pepperoni or chicken to put on the pizza barely enough topping for the price…never buying here again. Only delivery is fast.
Fast n eficient
After 1 hr plus still not delivering my order. No one pickup the call after 7 times calling. No place to complaint about this issue. No option in the phone directory. Update. Ordered 12pm++ only try to deliver at 3.23pm. As at 1/12/2025 I filled in the feedback form and everything on 28/11, but up untill now no one from your side try to reach me. Sigh!!
Better pukul 10pm stop ambil order, order pukul 10:35pm mushrooms soup & pasta, yg sampai pasta sahaja try contact rider tak jawab, contact hotline not reachable. Nak mintak refund kat Foodpanda tak boleh juga, order status masih on the way.
