Dr Pape basically saved my life. She helped me tremendously. Both her skill and her demeanor were exactly what I needed to get me through a difficult surgery. I am so grateful!!!
We had an appointment schedule since January, the office confirmed that it was made (saw the documentation) but they had no record of it- Dr. Pape wouldn't make time to speak to us or fit us in. We waited for 45 minutes and even though admittedly the error was on their part- because we were a new patient they could not have treated us more poorly. You are as good as your team and this was a horrible experience- still yet to receive the call they promised.
