Disappointing cancellation experience! I had a bridal dress appointment booked with Dominique’s and was travelling approximately six hours to attend as I was going to be in Ottawa for the weekend. About 10 minutes before arriving, our car broke down on the highway. I contacted the store immediately while waiting for roadside assistance and sent a photo documenting the situation. My daughter and I went to try on prom dresses. I had not been there since 2001 before my wedding. We made an appointment. Very nice and helpful sales associate, comfortable change rooms and seating. Really good mirrors. Very good selection of styles and colors. $8-900 range.
Had a great experience finding my dress! They listened to what I had in mind and found exactly what I wanted! Would highly recommend
