Tried to work with Rob. I was look for boats in the area, and driving 6 hours I could not see them all. I communicated to the neighbor of the boat that was there that weekend (to show me the boat) She was completely understanding. Circling back around to reschedule a appointment, Unfortunately he was very rude to me on text. I wouldn't want to get involved spend 6 figures + on a investment this size.
I was up in Deale Maryland area, on a yacht buying mission from Florida. I made an offer Previously on his Brokerage Yacht and we were apart on the price. (Not by much) . I called and asked to see the Boat in person, with a 24 hour notice and he told my Broker I would have to wait 4 days to see it, I was prepared to buy the Gulfstar, but couldn’t hang around for him! I wander if the seller knows this type of attitude from the firm he hired? Not a good way to do business in my opinion.
