customer service should be replaced purge them all
I’ve waited over 4 months to get my electricity hooked back up to my house that’s under construction. Customer service is no help and the designer will not call me to give an update on when it will be completed.
As the area grows, Dominion no longer has the capacity, resources or manpower to be the primary energy company. In western Fairfax County we are losing power nearly weekly now, after a spotty last couple of years.
5 days without power. I told them i was moving in so they cut the power that day and im now going on 5 days without power. Incompetence is at an all-time high.
