I’m still out of power 42 hrs post storm in falls church. Should have had crews working through the night.
Had an issue with power. They came out super fast and we're very friendly. Much appreciated!
They got my address wrong for new service & are now expecting me to pay 2 months of my neighbor's bills & ask my neighbor to reimburse me for it!
Terrible! Wish I had a different company to use.
So I have had my overhead power lines moved to underground. This happened about 3 months ago. In those 3 months, I've lost power about a half a dozen times. Wasn't the underground effort supposed to minimize power loss, Dominion?
