I can’t never get in contact with them
Constantly losing power in fredericksburg area, resolution times are lengthy and leave huge margins (sometimes 5+ hours at a time).
Just moved into an apartment--had to get with Dominion to turn the power on. It's been a week since we sent the documentation, and days since we were approved, and we still don't have electricity. It was "scheduled" for yesterday. Love coming in every day and flicking the light switch, hoping in vain for the bare necessities that we literally actually paid for. This is 2-star behavior for sure.
Signed up for a payment plan, made the first payment. Still cut my electric off. Even called and mentioned the payment plan, customer service did not listen to what I was stating to them. I even have the email confirming the payment plan. Never got an email saying I was not in the payment plan. I am furious with how terrible this company is.
