Still waiting for Dominion to come to replace the watch light pole which that fell during the snowfall on Farrell Lane, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 . I informed you on Jan 8, 2025 that Even though the pole is lying the ground...the light still comes on with the wires exposed . The numbers I found on the light pole [ BZ18-)01NIE09PI ] also a second code [ SKP92/01 18FT ] and a writing always on the same pole [ SHAKESPEARE ]. Horrendous customer service.
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Their level of inconsistency is unacceptable, and their employees appear to be poorly trained. On multiple occasions, I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve issues, only to receive conflicting responses from different representatives for the same inquiry. This lack of coordination and reliability makes it incredibly difficult to get anything accomplished.
