The way the electric bills have been SO HIGH IS RIDICULOUS and nobody cares because it’s not their bill! Do better we’re all out here struggling.

During the snow/ice storm which spreaded 2000 plus miles across the US and many communities experiencing power failures and so on, my community in Stafford lakes Virginia did not have a power loss. So I want to thank Dominion for keeping the lights on!

Would not recommend to anyone. We had to get the county to have an inspection to turn the power on as our property had been vacant for over a year, and though we got the all clear it’s taken over 4 thirty minute phone calls over 4 days to get the power turned on-and it still isn’t on. They have poor internal communications-someone will say a service order was placed and then there’s no documentation on what happens. I called to report a tree on my property only a few inches away from a power line. After an endless phone tree and about 45 min on the phone They told me they would send someone to investigate. When I followed up they closed the case with no reason or feedback. The tree is still only inches away and it’s a very dangerous situation that they don’t seem to care about.
