I’ve reported this down wire and snapped pole 5 weeks ago with zero action taken. I followed up this week and they said the tech found nothing wrong…there is a wire laying on the ground coming off the pole and it’s snapped in several places…I’m at a loss of what to do for dominion to care Edit (3 weeks now 5 weeks)

I am extremely disappointed with Dominion Energy's service. For decades, our neighborhood experienced relatively few power outages. We were assured that burying the power lines would significantly improve reliability and reduce outages. Unfortunately, the exact opposite has happened. Thank you for raising the costs. At a time when many people are already struggling to pay their bills, this increase places an even greater financial burden on families and individuals.
