I called to report a tree on my property only a few inches away from a power line. After an endless phone tree and about 45 min on the phone They told me they would send someone to investigate. When I followed up they closed the case with no reason or feedback. The tree is still only inches away and it’s a very dangerous situation that they don’t seem to care about.
I can’t never get in contact with them
Constantly losing power in fredericksburg area, resolution times are lengthy and leave huge margins (sometimes 5+ hours at a time).
Just moved into an apartment--had to get with Dominion to turn the power on. It's been a week since we sent the documentation, and days since we were approved, and we still don't have electricity. It was "scheduled" for yesterday. Love coming in every day and flicking the light switch, hoping in vain for the bare necessities that we literally actually paid for. This is 2-star behavior for sure.
