Signed up for a payment plan, made the first payment. Still cut my electric off. Even called and mentioned the payment plan, customer service did not listen to what I was stating to them. I even have the email confirming the payment plan. Never got an email saying I was not in the payment plan. I am furious with how terrible this company is.

Still waiting for Dominion to come to replace the watch light pole which that fell during the snowfall on Farrell Lane, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 . I informed you on Jan 8, 2025 that Even though the pole is lying the ground...the light still comes on with the wires exposed . The numbers I found on the light pole [ BZ18-)01NIE09PI ] also a second code [ SKP92/01 18FT ] and a writing always on the same pole [ SHAKESPEARE ]. You sent one of your employee which placed some warning orange flags around the pole....3 weeks ago and..... read more
