Improper eviction and know someone who lost a significant amount of their property
With the recent change in management, customer service at the rental office has significantly improved. Christle and Leo are outstanding! The maintenance team, Bryan, Rosendo, and Victor, are all very attentive to our maintenance request!
The worst apartment I’m living in. If Amazon or Temu delivers an order, someone will steal it, and no one will take responsibility. Even the office doesn’t take care of it. There are no cameras to prevent package theft. Damn.
Now that I am reading these reviews- I am glad maybe i did not get a lease in this building but I had sent in an application BEFORE Christmas i am pretty sure and not 1 person bothers to communicate where my application is going. Its like paying $50 and praying you win the lottery which it should not be like. I wish places like this would take their applicants more seriously. Today, December 26, 2024, I walked downstairs and discovered that someone took a shit in the stairwell and left it there. When I went to the building office to file a complaint, the sign said it was open, but it was actually closed by 10:30 AM. I returned later at 11:45 AM, but the staff was still absent. When I spoke to someone in the lobby about my apartment issue, they ignored me and said the manager wasn’t there—yet the manager is rarely on site.
