They are always fair.I requested the wrong tire.They mounted the correct one,and didn't charge and didn't get mad that I was driving them crazy. Update.. This is my 5th time there. They Mounted two tires for me and they had to replace the valve stem/ sensor that broke off when I in West Virginia. I went to Advanced Auto and came back an half hour later and they replaced it and reprogrammed the sensors for me. The price was very reasonable. They didn't charge me for removing the tire again.
