Duane did a great job. Found the problem and fixed it right away. Hired Dominion for yearly tune ups and boiler maintenance.

Dominion’s customer service is the best. It feels like they genuinely had my best interest in mind. I’ve met different staff from their team and everyone was so authentic and good at what they do.
Just had my first maintenance visit since install; as expected everything was good. Duane was great; answered all my questions, cleaned my outside heat exchanger, ran the system thru all its functions. Update 31 Oct 2025: Just had maintenance in again; cleaning and some airflow adjustments. Worked great, very happy with system and service.
