During business hours phone don't get answered and the voice mails are full. Who is in charge of this place and who is in charge of the person who is in charge? Do they not check on them? Did they die in a motel in a middle of a desert with a middle stuck up their arms? First call was at 9am and now 87th call later at 3:45am still no answer. Yes it dose say that its open.
Worst energy company i have ever dealt with in my life. They consistently screw up paper work and on top of that they will bill your apartment company your bill as well as bill you the bill so you end up double paying them for the same bill. then when you call them they dont even act like they care and are very unprofessional on the phone. I have literally had to walk one of their employees through the steps to change stuff on my bill like they were a 5 year old.
