I had ProVac clean my furnace & duct systems and they did a great job so you can use their services with confidence. They have the right equipment and do not rip things apart but rather install ports and clean the furnace fan. Exceptional work with lots of experience.

Used them once and after that they don't stop cold calling no matter how many times you tell them you don't want the service. Tried blocking numbers, getting them ti remove my number, talking to manager but they could care less. As an update, it's 4 years later and they are still calling us ! If I could give these guys a zero I would. Save yourself the harassment of being called whether you want to hear from them or not and don't use them!

I received a call from an Ontario number offering a duct cleaning service. I agreed to book it, and a man named Omar from "Provac Canada" came to my home in Regina to do the work. I also paid an extra $50 specifically for furnace cleaning, but after he left, I checked the furnace myself and found that the filter area was still full of dust. My wife called to make enquiries about HVAC cleaning services and the cost, and was answered by someone very rude, bragging about how they only work for high end clients. Quite unprofessional! Pls change whoever takes your calls as I see other comments here indicates your services are good.
