Since Dominion has no way of reporting traffic related incidents, I just want them to know to check their drivers. This guy almost ran me into the side walls of the tunnel entrance going towards Newport News. Glad to know this is the quality of drivers hired at this company.
Dominion power suck! About a year ago my lights where mistakenly turned off. They where off for several months. I paid Dominion over 3000 dollars and been having a credit on my bill thus far now I have my bill under control and it's a year later and Dominion has sent me an year old bill that they said ididnt pay and I have all my receipts that I did they are slammer and need some extra Christmas Money. Please be careful
We first made a call about two months ago and no one ever followed up. Called again, got a work request number that time. This was a work order concerning power lines. Person came out when we weren’t there, we saw him on the ring camera, he stayed less than a minute surveying the area before getting back in his truck and leaving. All Dominion offices are trash. My bill is 250 dollars you shut us off but people are walking around with a $1500+ debt. Crooks, selfish people
Send out out tree butchers to trim trees with no supervision. Won't return calls. Sorry, sorry company.
