Shame on this place for not having a plan in place for those of us on furlough. We have overpaid for 4 years easily, even with the so-called budget plan and we can't even get one month of respite without going through a bunch of red tape which would make it way too long to be of any use anyway? Why is there no "no star" option? These idiots sprayed herbicides on rose bushed that were 3 feet tall near the power line. Their own forester stated that these types of plants would not be an issue. The morons they hire to do these jobs can't tell the difference. Now I have to go chase down someone and complain. I wish they would just stay off of my property and stop destroying my plants. They would happily accept $11K to bury the power line. Monopoly at it's finest.
Power has been out for over 24 hours with no attempt to restore service. Was told by Dominion because only 6 houses were on our dirt road we were not a priority for them to restore power. This is unacceptable because we are paying customers just like everyone else and should be treated equally and the same as someone who lives in a neighborhood. Dominion also said they would not restore our power for over a week again because we were not a priority.
I love getting double billed and then told that it wild take up to 5 days to get a refund. I guess groceries and gas aren't important when you're struggling enough already. Thanks for that.
Since Dominion has no way of reporting traffic related incidents, I just want them to know to check their drivers. This guy almost ran me into the side walls of the tunnel entrance going towards Newport News. Glad to know this is the quality of drivers hired at this company.
