Don't go here they will take your money for things that they didn't tell you about. They are going to charge you the initial fee then they will add up other fees which add up to 100s or 1000s of dollars, that are not included in the initial fee but they won't tell you about it in the begining. i was going go through with dominion as i talked to the office made arrangments with my credit card shortly after finding out talking to the rcmp and city police i didnt need a pardon after all its called identity destruction forms which i informed richard about and called them liers and find out there were scammers i destoyed all there information i get a email from richard now he wants to charge me now fraud and theft for what reason because i caught them in a scam and i cancelled any transaction of ... read more

Terrible , Richard is a scammer and a slimy liar . Don’t give him any of your hard earned money he will do nothing for you and just ask you for more . 3 times he promised it would be no more mad after $3500 he still won’t do anything unless I pay another $1000 for him to store my file for 3 years .
