Can't answer phones or give any sort of ETA on a county wide outage, leaving customers in the dark both literally and figuratively. Ridiculous that we can't even get information hours later. Be better.
Dominion changed out the electric meter on our house ~2 months ago and in doing so damaged the control panel on our cooking range by creating a power surge. I've been getting a claims run around for those 2 months. Today (3/25), I have been on hold almost 2 hours. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute worst customer service.
I've been with this company every since I started to keep house. With vepco,NCPC,Dominion Energy North Carolina and I just love them .I even moved from one county to another that had the same Electric company.
Omg I’ve never seen anything like this !! I’ve been calling for over a week . I can’t reach anyone !! They call back and hang up everytime !!!
