Austin has been a wonderful help to us with our last two home purchases. He has an attentive and clear communication style so that even our tight timeline requests could be managed without difficulty. He is wonderful at understanding our priorities and goals in our mortgage while recommending possible alternatives that might better suit our needs and situation.

Having someone like Austin, who is knowledgeable, smart and in tune with the pulse of the market, is critical when you're trying to get a mortgage. His advice and guidance was greatly appreciated, and we felt Austin really took the time to get to know us personally. He was quick to respond and get the things done that needed to get done. He delt with kindness, communicated well, and made himself available for all of our questions. We definitely couldn't have done this without him!
