Terrible group of crooked individuals who think they operate above the law, they are the worst!
Unprofessional group of clowns. Brandon is an account manager who is unable to answer any logical questions. He reads from a script. Repeats the same phrases. He will not help you find answers to your questions even if he does not know. His own knowledge is poor and he will give you incorrect answers and repeatedly say sorry. These guys are a joke. I understand I owe for my sons circumcision but how a bill goes from 310$ to almost 1k is ridiculous. The guy on the phone refused to give me a breakdown of my "bill" or tell me how it got that inflated. Well thankfully my father in law is a VA lawyer. So.. yall can go blow smoke up someone else ass.
