Unprofessional group of clowns. Brandon is an account manager who is unable to answer any logical questions. He reads from a script. Repeats the same phrases. He will not help you find answers to your questions even if he does not know. His own knowledge is poor and he will give you incorrect answers and repeatedly say sorry.
