I requested an appointment online and never heard back so I called and made an appointment. It was scheduled for a Monday. I arrived for my appointment and the store was closed. Then I called and was given an email on a recorded message to inquire about my appointment. I never got a response! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
