Dr Michael Ackerman is a very good doctor. I like how he explains stuff to you.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. If you value your time and health then avoid this office like the plague. On SEVERAL occasions now, the office takes upwards of A WEEK to send in prescriptions. You have to chase down folks at the office to finally get someone to send in your prescriptions. We have avoided leaving this review up to this point because Dr. Michael Ackerman is great to work with and really cares about his patients. However, THE OFFICE is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. I've been a patient here for many years and would highly recommend this medical office for anyone. You're treated with respect and kindness the moment you arrive and throughout your visit. Dr. Michael Ackerman is my primary and he genuinely listens to any concerns or questions I have and helps me out.
I DON'T KNOW HOW ANYONE COULD BE UPSET, WHILE, OR BECAUSE THEY HAD TO WAIT? DON'T YOU WANT THE DOCS TO TAKE THEIR TIME WITH YOU? I'M SO BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE, SO CLOSE AND SO GOOD!! THANK YOU DOMINION FOR TAKING CARE OF ME.
