I've been a patient here for many years and would highly recommend this medical office for anyone. You're treated with respect and kindness the moment you arrive and throughout your visit. Dr. Michael Ackerman is my primary and he genuinely listens to any concerns or questions I have and helps me out.
I DON'T KNOW HOW ANYONE COULD BE UPSET, WHILE, OR BECAUSE THEY HAD TO WAIT? DON'T YOU WANT THE DOCS TO TAKE THEIR TIME WITH YOU? I'M SO BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE, SO CLOSE AND SO GOOD!! THANK YOU DOMINION FOR TAKING CARE OF ME.
“Dr. Ackerman behaves as if he knows that his patients are whole people and not just bundles of organs that need tuning. He's warm and efficient; he answers questions thoughtfully, without an authoritarian tone. He also asks questions, and he listens. He seems to love being a doctor. For many years I have counted myself as remarkably fortunate to have this smart, compassionate person as my doctor.
Nurse Practitioner Lisa Springer is the best! Her concerns for my daily diet and meds with discussions is excellent. She always responds promptly through the Patient Portal link and really cares listens to all my concerns every visit over many years coming here. Very polite receptionist and smooth blood draw with Pam today. Thanks Dominion Internal!
