Nurse Practitioner Lisa Springer is the best! Her concerns for my daily diet and meds with discussions is excellent. She always responds promptly through the Patient Portal link and really cares listens to all my concerns every visit over many years coming here. Sat in the room waiting for the doctor for 50 minutes, Not the first time I've had to wait over 40 minutes for the doctor to show up here. Ill be looking for a new GP office.
I am sincerely upset with the way things are handled at this practice. I will include what happened to me in my upcoming book becuase Dominion Internal Medicine can't get correct what is discussed during a visit, dont return phone calls, lied about what they did and after speaking with the office manager about what has took place he stated to call him if something is amiss. Although everyone is nice, I can’t recommend Dr. Lin to any young person. I saw Dr. Lin for a few years in my early twenties and expressed concern multiple times that I was experiencing severe joint pain and suspected due to several factors that I had both osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. Despite this being very uncommon in patients my age, it is one of the MOST common complications of a condition i suffered with for over a decade and a half (which he was fully aware of and was reminded of several times). Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Waited an hour. Went up to ask how much longer and was told there were still a few people ahead of me. Poor communication, no apologies. I couldn't wait another hour so I left and said I would reschedule (I won't).
