Most of Dominion Internal is great. unfortunately I have been seeing Lisa Springer, Nurse Practitioner. I have work with her for a year with a new regimine of drugs and lifestyle changes. The problem arose with her attention to continued care. She is unresponsive to requests for refills and unapologetic when she makes mistakes. I have been weeks without medication, multiple times. She does not care about her patients.
