They did not glue some plumbing together in drain and leaked through kitchen ceiling. Black mold. Did not plumb under kitchen sink corrrectly and plumbing was too short and came apart making a huge mess and ruining cabinets. Did not correctly side house and put short 6 inch pieces in , instead of using a full pice and cutting to correct length. Missing 3 pieces of siding i cannot match or find to repair correctly. My boyfriend used to live here. Simply put its not a nice area to live at. There are no near by businesses to get resources from. The homes are located off a dangerous, narrow, two way Sunbury Road. There are snakes, wolves and hostile dear in the wooded community. The homes are cheaply built where there is no good customer service program and the mortgage company of the company is corrupt.
