Had a public trunk or treat event in their website and had me rsvp for nothing. Like I get it’s a private community but how are you gonna create a public Halloween party, then turn away people cause they don’t live there and they’re questioning wether you rsvpd on a fake website??? Such incompetence
HOA office worker refused to leave her chair to check my transponder. After informing them that I believed they shut down the wrong transponder they refused to verify the issue but instead wanted me to pay more money for their potential mistake. Lack of professionalism and customer service.
