Was really excited to meet with Dr. Sidiq since I had been looking for a new PCP for some time. I booked an appointment a month in advance at the Westover Hills location to make sure I had child care arrangements. I called a week before my appointment to see if I could change the time only to be told Dr. Sidiq wasn’t even going to be at the Westover Hills location for the day I booked. First time coming to this clinic, great service from the minute you walk in. Front desk attendant I believe her name is Lulu, kind, professional and courteous. I was able to see how she treated the other patients and she treated them just as well, with a smile and soft tone. It's hard to see that nowadays. Young lady that took my vitals was also amazing she was very kind and easy to talk to. Aaron DeLeon FNP was also kind and took his time listening and providing a solution to my pain. The worst medical experience I have ever had. The appointment I made was with Dr.Agha however; when I arrived I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner instead. Check-In process was excellent. I was quickly escorted from waiting area to exam room and waited over 40 minutes. I than notified the staff as no one bothered to let me know the NP was running behind. 5 minutes later a staff member came in to ask questions and after 10 minutes the NP arrived and I started the process all over again.
