I had an appointment with this doctor, and it’s been three days since he was supposed to send my prescription to CVS—yet it still hasn’t been done. Meanwhile, the office had no issue calling me to get my insurance details sorted out to ensure they got paid for the visit. I’m pretty frustrated with this lack of follow-through on my care. Pretty ironic that a doctor that is supposed to help me with my mental health is making it worst. If you enjoy keeping on a doctor to do their job, then go ahead and book.
Doctor Adebayo Arowolo was extremely rude and disrespectful to my symptoms. He eventually hung up on me when he couldn’t answer my questions. Truly unprofessional and shouldn’t practice in psychology
Scam artists at their finest. Was a patient, requested medical record- they will not send them to me. They require me to make an appointment with the doctor and they want to *bill my insurance* to get said records. This is not a medial procedure, I am not seeing a doctor. I need medical RECORDS. Outright refused to send me my information without billing my insurance for a care visit. Scam. Scam. Scam.
