I went in seeking guidance January of 2018 following unsuccessful pregnancies. We’d been trying for about 3 years following one successful pregnancy and birth and 2 m/c about a year and a half prior. I met with Dr Kay Waud VERY shortly, after about an hour wait in the waiting room. Luckily they offered hot beverage selections in the waiting area. Don’t go here. Doctor and office staff are extremely rude, will lie to your face, and are degrading. Many times when I asked the doctor a question it would be openly ignored and I was often talked about as if I was not in the room. I almost didn’t leave a review because I didn’t want to relive this experience.
We decided to try Dominion after trying Shady Grove. Dominion has less facilities for monitoring but have a great office staff. Cost is about the same and doctors had great bed side manner. In my opinion I would rate a two due to not having the desired outcome of a IVF pregnancy's.
