I found it odd that it required a gate to get into their parking lot, but it was quite understandable. As I began parking, an employee of Hope Gas was waiting for me, and she was extremely gracious, and permitted me to explain my issue about my gas service inside the office. Ive lived in WV for many many years. I love it here, Mon power works with me and i get a human being in just under 5mins. Water company had a leak once they said "theres no way you used that much water you have a leak." Was like 1000gallons in a month. Said id have to turn on all water and leave for a year for my house to use that much. Didnt charge that month and helped me fix it. Hope Gas had a leak. Was on hold for over 5hours just for them to say no rep is available and they hung up. 100% i had to pay for a leak on THEIR... read more
