Absolutely disappointed in the new online system: Cannot set my auto pay date; only due date is permitted. This means that my payment comes out of my checking account LATER THAN I WANT. So it stresses my budgeting efforts! That may sound insignificant to those who don't need to budget, but for someone with limited income, it makes a difference. Not good, Dominion!!
What a joke... my power was supposed to be turned on last Monday. I've been out of town for the last week... come home to my new house and still no power. I called and they said my account was on a hold because I needed to send in ID. Why would you schedule a date and time to set up service if you are not going to turn it on or contact me about this problem? Now I cant move for another week. Your company is a joke.
Tried to set up new service after just moving to the area. I have never had dominion or had any bad history with them. I was told my deposit was $500 and when I asked why, I was told that the homeowner before me had negative history with dominion. I informed them that I had no knowledge of who the previous owners were and had nothing to do with that and they still wouldn't come off of the deposit. Horrible company.
