Terrible service. Way too expensive and whenever we lose power it takes FOREVER for power to get restored. How i wish there were another power company we could use because the product from Dominion power is shamefully awful

Worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Unfortunately there's no way to switch so you are stuck with the harassment
Horrible, greedy company. The app is horrible. You can’t speak to a human being AND they won’t let you pay with a bank account just so they can squeeze that extra $1.65 out of people.
