Worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Unfortunately there's no way to switch so you are stuck with the harassment
Horrible, greedy company. The app is horrible. You can’t speak to a human being AND they won’t let you pay with a bank account just so they can squeeze that extra $1.65 out of people.
Reviews speak the truth. It’s a monopoly so there’s nothing we can do.. I simply just want to speak to a human.
I have never lived in a place that has power outages as often as mint springs/staunton. Dominion raises their price every year and does nothing to improve our area and keep our power on. Currently without power because of a little rain.
