One breeze or a little rain/snow, power is out. It's not 1893, we're not just learning how electricity works. There's no reason for any outage in any condition these days. Call your senator or representative. Let them know you won't vote them back in until dominion has built a halfway reliable system.
I am still paying the IRS because of these people. Getting a paycheck was always an issue and they clearly don't care.
I can not speak for the work that they do for their customers but I can tell you that they do not communicate well with their suppliers. Our company sold them parts and they refuse to pay and offer no explanation. We have called and emailed numerous times and bill has not been paid. Been 9 months since parts were provided. Owner never returns calls. I would stay away from this outfit.
