They disconnected my power and shouldn’t have because I never received a disconnect notice or any notice for non payment. I promptly paid the balance off and they said it would be restored however it’s now night time and it’s still off. They don’t work weekends and don’t have an after hours like that can do anything and this has to be illegal. Inefficient and unprofessional. I had my meter and electrical panel replaced and the electrician coordinated with Dominion the entire way to secure power during the project and restore it upon completion. The electrician finished the job and less than an hour later an inspector showed up and declared the project safe and satisfactory. Cue Dominion not being able to restore power until the next day even though they had prior knowledge of the project and ample time (it was not even past noon) to restore power. Closed my account with Dominion. Unknowingly after i moved they charged me more money. But sent the bill to my old address. Sold my debt to a collection agency. I didn't find out i owed money till i bought a vehicle and found out it was effecting my credit.
Straight crooks i moved in my apartment back in Dec 2019 an my bill been around 50 dollars 60 dollars one time it was 40 dollars then all of a sudden my bill 85 dollars 116 npw today its 149 an this the kicker i dont understand how my bill this high this month wen for a whole 7 days nobody was in my apartment i turnt everything off for a hold week because i was in the hospital with my newborn me an my gf just had so im confused how this my highest bill wen we wasnt even home for 7 days out of this months they sum crooks no d... read more
