I have a rental home where the tenant turned the power off several months ago. I contacted Dominion to get the power turned back on in my name. I jump through all the hoops and am told the power will be on Wednesday. Wednesday evening, no power. I contact them again on Thursday and am told the power is on and the rep on the phone tells me to flip my breaker switch. They keep raising prices. Yet, the service and outages are beyond acceptable.
The wonderful lady I spoke to was so nice and friendly. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation.
