The service provided has been unsatisfactory. We have experienced a power outage for nearly 24 hours, and attempts to reach a representative by phone have been unsuccessful. Upon finally connecting with a representative, we were informed that no immediate action could be taken and that we would need to wait an additional 10 hours for resolution.
I don't want to give 1 star. impossible to reach any live person on the phone.

My bill this month was outrageous
Spoke with the field service supervisor and she told me that they are refusing to remove a tree that is on the power line. Not only did she have a big attitude, but I mentioned since I have 3 work orders for the service already that they next step would be to call code enforcement. Rather than try to solve the problem she took great offense to this. They should probably listen to more recordings of their phone operators.
