Dr. Overton and his staff couldn't be nicer. I was a nervous wreck for my root canal yesterday. The front desk staff and assistants are all so nice and comforting, and Dr. Overton did an excellent job and even called to check on me today.
I love the professionalism from the time you walk in door until you leave and the early appointment availabilties. Both Doctors are excellent! but I have seen Dr. Overton more; he's is wonderful. 5 star service.
I had a 3-root canal procedure performed in October, 2017, and by February, 2018, scheduled a followup with Dr. Gardiner Packer, as I was having difficulty with bite and pain with pressure. He acted as if I really hadn't needed to come in, and said that the soft tissue was still healing. By May, 2018, I developed a palatal cyst next to the tooth and my regular dentist placed me on antibiotics. I haven't been here personally but my husband has. He was basically a walk in patient today and they squeezed him in in between patients and made him comfortable (infected root canal) while waiting. He has been very pleased with them the 2 times he has been here!
Dr. Packer and his staff at Dominion Endodontics were awesome! I was a nervous wreck this morning, and they alleviated my concerns and took great care of me. He and his assistant serenaded me with classic rock through the whole procedure. Doesn't get much better than that.

I had root canal done with Dr. Palmieri. Prior to visit I called the office several times and spoke to Maja to verify the price and asked if there are any additional charges may occur to make sure what to expect and I was assured that this is the total price for treatment. After checking reviews online where I saw concerns about unexpected extra charges being billed I called back the office and expressed my concern and verified the total amount that will be billed to my insurance company. Two root canals in one day, but Dr. Overton, Angela & Ellen took great care of me. Highly recommend.
