Dr. Overton and his staff couldn't be nicer. I was a nervous wreck for my root canal yesterday. The front desk staff and assistants are all so nice and comforting, and Dr. Overton did an excellent job and even called to check on me today.
I love the professionalism from the time you walk in door until you leave and the early appointment availabilties. Both Doctors are excellent! but I have seen Dr. Overton more; he's is wonderful. 5 star service.
I haven't been here personally but my husband has. He was basically a walk in patient today and they squeezed him in in between patients and made him comfortable (infected root canal) while waiting. He has been very pleased with them the 2 times he has been here!
Dr. Packer and his staff at Dominion Endodontics were awesome! I was a nervous wreck this morning, and they alleviated my concerns and took great care of me. He and his assistant serenaded me with classic rock through the whole procedure. Doesn't get much better than that.
Amazing service - received a check-in call from the Dr. himself!
Two root canals in one day, but Dr. Overton, Angela & Ellen took great care of me. Highly recommend.
