My contractor purchased and installed 2 of the exact same locks through Dominion about a year ago. One lock works perfectly and I’m very very thankful for that.. The other lock stopped working with no known cause. Unfortunately, there are many parties involved with this lock: Me (owner), a contractor company, the dealership company (Dominion), and the manufacturer (TownSteel).
