It's going well with my therapist so far but BHP's portal, Phreesia, is the most obnoxious thing I've ever seen. Six days before my appointment: "Please confirm your appointment!" Three days before my appointment: "You must check in now!". One hour before my appointment: "Check in for your appointment!" And for every one of those, I have to confirm my address, my phone number, my birthdate, the same disclaimers every single time. I have received invaluable help from this location over many years. The staff is friendly and easily reachable, making scheduling or changing appointments simple. My therapist is professional and well-trained, offering real solutions when possible and showing incredible compassion for situations beyond my control. I am incredibly grateful to the entire practice for their impeccable support and kindness.

Waste of time and money. Dr. Meisner did not listen to me at all about my issues. I spent a month preparing paperwork on my background to shed light on my issues to see if maybe there was something in there that would be helpful to a specialist. He read a few paragraphs when I was there for my initial session, but I highly doubt he read any of it after I left. I specifically mentioned that I strongly believe my anxiety and mild depressive episodes are symptoms of undiagnosed ADHD and/or autism. My results came back as inconc... read more
