I was recommended to see a clinician here by my psychiatrist after months of searching for someone that takes Medicaid and conducts sleep studies. I called, was told the clinician I wanted to see took my insurance, booked my appointment, and excitedly waited for my appointment date to come. Everyone is so kind.
Bad experience! I came in, filled up paperwork, gave my insurance information and asked the lady to check if my insurance would cover at least some portion of the treatment. I was pointed to them by my insurance. The lady at the front desk said they couldn’t check my insurance at the moment because the lady that checks it was on the phone, but she was certain that my insurance was going to cover it at least a portion of the cost.
