Zero if I can give. This company is completely irresponsible of its customers, incurring multiple delays and the management is a big mess. No one responds to the scheduling and work orders
It should not take more than 30 seconds to report an outage. No one keeps track of their utilities account number get it together

No power the second the wind blows.. they and the state of VA have major electrical problems and it's really unfortunate for those who live here. Any storm, any chance whatsoever we lose power and it's ridiculous.
Another day another power outage. We've lived in zipcode 22312 for over fortyfive years. In the past month we've had one long outage (25 hrs) and 3 to 5 short outages (of several minutes to <2 hours). This is more outages cooectivly in a month than the entire time we've lived here. Dominion Energy should have to pay for over $500+ in spoiled food we've tossed due to their poor repairs. Domion Energy get big bold "F" for solving recurring problems. They just don't care.
