I just spoke to customer support. I asked why my bill has not been posted as it states on the website. I was told they are late reading my metor. It's been three days and still not posted. I have been at this residence a little over a year now and my metor is still not read on time. I like to plan ahead on how much my bill will be each month. When the metor is not read at the time stated the usage continues going up until on the metor until it is read. Dominion needs to hire more people. This is ridiculous.

There is a literal branch on my power line for 3 days and dominion never came out. When they did, they said that it was now on the floor and not their responsibility. They refuse to remove the dead tree limbs hanging over the wire - very shady company

Zero if I can give. This company is completely irresponsible of its customers, incurring multiple delays and the management is a big mess. No one responds to the scheduling and work orders

It should not take more than 30 seconds to report an outage. No one keeps track of their utilities account number get it together
