Terrible service. Dominic came in, looked at the chimney, left and never came back. He was concerned with parking on the street for more than an hour and getting a parking ticket. Even after I offered for him to park in our garage, he never came back to complete the job and instead called my husband (who he knew was not on site) to say he would come back another day. It was a waste of my time that could have been used with another company.
