We stayed in 2019. It was absolutely lovely in July, and our whole family loved it. The personal touches, the animals (deer and squirrels) that came through, the amenities, how clean it was - more than you could ask for. Hoping to get back there this year!

This is quite simply the best vacation property I have ever stayed at. The word "clean" is an understatement, this house is immaculate. Joe and Kate have thought of everything and have, in my opinion, the perfect Colorado vacation spot. They provide so many amazing goodies and amenities that our family appreciated; they had, among other things, a basket with some over the counter medicines that might help with altitude sickness and a little first aid kit. Five stars does not do this home justice. The home is beautiful in itself. However, Kate and Joe have thought of every single detail. I read several reviews prior describing the deer coming to the back porch. I had low expectations for this- these are wild animals and can’t be controlled. However, the deer came a couple times a day and let us pet them. The kids that were with us were tickled. There were several stuffed animals, Lincoln logs and games.
