I’m purchasing a home and needed an estimate to provide to the seller. I saw that this company had great reviews and decided to reach out. I started on Monday and made several calls throughout the week and left detail messages. My husband reached out as well. We waited until the end of the week to allow them time to call back, and we NEVER received a call. It would’ve been nice and professional to at the very least receive some type of a response. We highly recommend Mr.Plumber! Such a wonderful family owned business. Fast and easy faucet installation and ball valve replacements. Dominick was fast and so pleasant. And his wife Marcy the secretary is so kind. My husband can’t get down and under the sinks anymore so we will definitely use them for all of our plumbing needs from now on!! Thank you!!
I went with Mister Plumber for years when things came up. They'll get you in if it's an emergency, but otherwise it always takes a full week just for the one person who answers the phone to get back with you and even set up an appointment. The last time they did work for me it was a shady job that I do not trust their assessment. I will no longer be giving them my business.
I would highly recommend. Very professional and reliable. My plumber was Landon. All I can say is great job.
