I wish I could leave a review about the food, especially since others have raved about the quality. However, after a trip to Cleveland Clinic, we wanted to try a local deli and found this listed on Google. After stopping in and asking if there was a menu, I was directed to a website. I returned to the car where my elderly mother was waiting and we browsed the menu, settled on some items and I went back to place an order less than 10 mins later, the door was locked. This place slaps. Perfect subs exactly as they should be and they have pickled spicy relish.
Amazing sandwiches. Customer service is top tier, but there is a short, bald guy who handles food without gloves. I've seen him handle meat with his bare hands and make sandwiches with his bare hands. It was such a turn off. I had to stop going there.
The Italian meats in my sub were very skimpy, especially for the price.
