I highly recommend Nick Villa. I called a number of places asking for quotes, process, and if they also spoke Spanish. Nick was by far the most personable, available, and with reasonable pricing. He answered all of our questions, provided key legal insight, and delivered on key legal documents (estate plan with all the bells and whistles). I highly recommend him for your estate planning needs. In particular, he was great in explaining complicated legal terms in easy to understand terms in both English and Spanish.
