This is the second time my family has had to contact this physician while he was covering after-hours calls, and unfortunately both experiences were extremely disappointing. On both occasions, he was abrupt, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to our concerns. Rather than asking questions to better understand the situation, he appeared rushed and even stated that he “did not have time for this.” Our concerns were not adequately addressed, and there was little effort made to gather information or provide meaningful guidance. ... read more
I love Dr DeFrances Kind caring Listens to all my needs.
He is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to know his patience. Has wonderful bedside manners and even if you call him he will take the time out to talk to you. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
We switched my 91 yr old dad from another doc who was not at all proactive. My mom has seen Dr D in the past and we like his thorough reviews and willingness to try appropriate meds/therapies etc. Ive also found him VERY responsive when I email issues or questions. And hes quick to get ys appts when needed. Dr D is a very good family dr and we def recommend him.
