My hair was not properly washed, yet I was told during the blow-drying process that it was dirty, and they continued anyway. My scalp was scraped while my hair was being blow-dried instead of my hair being properly washed from the beginning. Do not go here if you want a blow out. If you do, wash and condition your own hair first and then just have them blow out and flat iron it. My daughter had to get her hair cut super low because the use something in the process of washing that thinned and made her hair straight. This was horrible. You could smell the relaxer in her hair when it was washed that night. Please be careful going to this salon. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

My bad experience was with my daughter they charged me 400 dollar they didn't do what l ask l show pictures they don't know English l trust them because they said they will do it l went for highlights in hair cut it been a year in still a trauma when l explained Lesley she said she will give me 50 percent she never did all the money only to mess up my hair l believe in karma
