DO NOT COME HERE! I booked this salon after seeing it promoted by an influencer on social media. I booked an appointment based on the reviews and social media content, which made it appear as though the appointment would be with Griselda. Upon arrival, I waited nearly an hour before being seen. Although the booking gives the impression you are scheduling with Griselda, that was not the case. The girls at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. If you care about your curls or the overall health of your hair DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON. I visited them recently and made it very clear I wear my hair curly more often than straight. I asked for a roller set and blowout, specifically because it’s less damaging to the hair, after she blew it out she said she needed to flat iron it and then cut (FIRST RED FLAG) I was thinking she would have it at an appropriate temperature but by the time she turned my chair around and I saw the SMOKE behind me, I looked at the iron and it was... read more

Very disappointed. My partner came in for a trim on his hair. He clarified exactly what he wanted and the price they always charge him when he gets this service. His normal stylist is apparently on vacation so he had a newer stylist. She was very sweet and took her time but she did more of a haircut than an actual trim.
