Horrible Horrible. I walked out. I would not ever go here again and do not recommend anyone with natural 4C hair to go either. I just took my hair out of braids. They didnt detangle before washing (red flag). Of course my hair got extremely matted. While washing she is matting it even more by rolling her hands around in my hair. Then put me in the chair to detangle without any products at all. Then started yanking my hair out my scalp. I walked out. Head wet in 40 degree weather.
