Rosa and her older lady shampoo assistance were rude and Rosa gave one price and charged another, she quoted $45 and then charged $70. Make sure you pay first. Yes, you will get burned and they are rough
I went here because my usual place, Flow on York Rd was not open. I was very disapointed...I discussed pricing with Rosario before getting started...she quoted me $55 w/o a deep conditioner...I asked her if she would take $50 and she waved het hand and told me to have a seat as if in acceptance of my counter offer. So I waited. ..during my wash another older lady who was very rough combed out my hair from the roots attempting to detangle it...! OUCH! and I could hear my hair snaping...why doesnt she know to start at the ends... read more
The most recent time that I went to Dominican Star Beauty Salon, was my second time. This time it wasn't as packed as the first time. I both times that I went there, the girl did my hair exactly how I asked he to do it. I recommend that if you go dont go on a sunday, because youll be there for hours.
