It is not a friendly environment. The owner is nice but when she is not there the hair dressers are rude and not accomadating....
The owner of the salon is super friendly and does her best to accomodate everyone, however I can not say that the same holds to be true for the rest of the staff. There are quite a few of the staff members who I feel are not a good representation of the qualities that any business should possess. I personally like to be greeted when I enter any establishment where I am going to be spending my money and unfortunately for many of the staff members here that only happens when the boss is around.
