They absolutely SNUCK relaxer in my hair without me knowing! My scalp started to burn during conditioning and smelled of chemicals!! This should be ILLEGAL! I have reported them to the BBB. Because this is ridiculous

I’ve been getting here for a few years and never had an issue… recently i went back after not going for about a year since cutting my hair and growing it back due to damage i caused. I asked for a usual wash set and flatiron and it was done well, however now that it’s time to wash my hair out i notice my hair is falling out. I got my hair done here a few weeks ago. I asked for a wash, color, deep condition, and a blow out. As I'm washing my hair out now all I keep smelling is a perm smell. The texture of my hair is dramatically different from before. I feel like they added perm to my hair at some point. Very disappointed and I will never go back there again

Went in with my hair crazy and came out with it looking amazing!!!! Teudis took her time from start to finish. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants you to look your best. I found my new salon.
